About
Hi, I’m Madeleine.
Thanks for joining me! I’m an actor based in New York City. I was born in Boston and raised in North Carolina, but I am a New Englander at heart. I began performing at around five years old and so began an 18 year-long love affair with acting. I attended the University of North Carolina School of the Arts’ High School Drama program for my senior year of high school, and found my affinity for acting conservatory training. I then attended Rutgers Mason Gross School of the Arts and became a Meisner girl. When Covid hit, I took a year off and spent 80 days hiking, canyoneering, canoeing, and rock climbing in the wilderness of the American Southwest. There, I learned about the importance of genuine interpersonal connection during hardship, which I now try to bring to any project I work on. After my year off, I was finally able to spend my third year of training at Shakespeare’s Globe in London. In January 2023, I made my New York City debut at Theater Row in the Rutgers Graduating Showcase. Since then, I have performed in A Sketch of New York at The Producer’s Club, appeared in Episode 7 of Happy Hour Playground, and filmed Night of Terror, a forthcoming short film from Midnight on Saturday Productions. When I’m not acting, you can find me on a river or a mountain, preferably in Maine.
